This course is mandatory for all employees except Agents, Operations Team Leaders, and Trainers, who are instead required to complete the “2026 Do Not Call Customer Engagement Compliance (PRODUCTION)."

If you are an Agent, Operations Team Leader, or Trainer and have accidentally started this course, log into Transcom University and look for the course "2026 Do Not Call Customer Engagement Compliance (PRODUCTION)."

The purpose of this course is to ensure you’re aware of Transcom’s Customer Engagement (CE) Compliance policies, procedures, and what is expected of your role to meet legal requirements.

In the interest of saving time, some CE law requirements aren’t covered if not in scope for current or anticipated work. If this changes in the future you may be asked to complete additional training.
