Description
This learning path provides a thorough overview of the T:Perform Process, offering insights into its key components and practical applications. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement and optimize the T:Perform Process within their teams.

The course has five modules. The first two modules, Overview of the T:Perform Purpose, Process and Pay-Off (60 minutes) and T:Perform Process Steps for TLs and OMs (90 minutes), need to be taken in consecutive order. The next three modules, OM Huddle (30 minutes), Weekly KPI (30 minutes) and Game Plan (30 minutes) can be taken in any order after completing Modules 1 and 2.
